To kill a Mockingbord

To kill a Mockingbird is a novel by Harper lee and it was published in 1960. It is about a black man that gets accused for raping mayella. His name is Tom robinson and he is innocent! Atticus and his children are on his side and they are trying there best to fight for him. Tom is close to Atticus's children,they reckon hes a really hardworking man. Mayella  is a  really crazy women and her father helps her in court even though he knew she was lying! Tom is a black man who is hardworking but they never listened to him because he's black.
